Credit Repair
How much does credit repair cost with CrizMarkCREDIT?
A setup fee quoted per case + $119 per deleted account + $19 per deleted inquiry. No monthly fees. You only pay when there are real results. The setup covers the initial audit and the first round of disputes.
How long does the process take?
Between 3 and 6 months in most cases. Bureaus have 30 days by law to investigate each dispute. The first round resolves the clearest items; harder ones may require 2–3 additional rounds.
Can you remove anything negative from my report?
No. We can only dispute information that is incorrect, inaccurate, unverifiable, or has legally expired. Most negative accounts drop off after 7 years; bankruptcies after 10. Accurate, verifiable negative information cannot be removed — any company promising otherwise is lying.
Does it work if I only have an ITIN and no SSN?
Yes. We process cases with ITIN. All three bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) accept ITIN for credit reporting. The process is exactly the same.
Can I cancel the service if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) gives you the right to cancel without penalty within 3 business days of signing the contract. That right is in the contract and in the CROA disclosure we give you before you start.
Tradelines
What is a tradeline?
A tradeline is any credit account on your report. When we talk about 'adding a tradeline,' we mean being added as an authorized user on someone else's account with an excellent payment history. That account — and its history — then appears on your report.
Is adding tradelines legal?
Yes. The authorized user system is explicitly permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). It has existed for decades — it was originally designed for parents to help their children build credit. Visa, Mastercard, and all three bureaus report this information as part of their standard process.
How long does it take to see the impact on my score?
Between 30 and 60 days — the time it takes for the account holder's next billing cycle and the bureaus to update the information. Some bureaus update sooner; others later.
Do you guarantee how many points my score will increase?
No. No one can guarantee a specific number of points — the FICO score is an algorithm with more than 20 factors. What we do is review your situation first and show you which tradeline profile makes the most sense for your current report.
LLC Formation
Can I form an LLC in Florida without an SSN?
Yes. Florida doesn't require citizenship or permanent residency. You can form an LLC with an ITIN, or even from outside the country. For the IRS EIN: with an SSN the process is online and immediate; with an ITIN it's by mail or fax to the IRS, with a 4–8 week wait.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
The Sunbiz filing has a fixed cost of $125 paid directly to the State of Florida. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Our packages include that filing plus EIN and a bilingual Operating Agreement — see full pricing on the LLC Formation page.
Are you attorneys?
No. We are document preparers: we prepare and file LLC formation documents. We don't provide legal advice. For situations involving multiple partners with complex agreements, visa questions, or international taxes, we recommend consulting a corporate attorney or CPA.

Do you serve clients outside of Florida?
For Credit Repair we primarily serve Florida — we're registered as a CSO (Credit Services Organization) in the state. For LLC Formation we can help clients from any state or country who want to form an LLC in Florida. Tradelines have no geographic restriction.
How do I know CrizMarkCREDIT is a legitimate company?
We are CrizMark LLC, registered in Florida and verifiable at Sunbiz.org. We operate under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and Florida Statute 817.7001. We never charge upfront before delivering services (as required by law), and every contract includes the client rights disclosure.
How do I pay for services?
We accept Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and ACH. The payment process is coordinated directly — there's no card form on the site. This lets us be flexible and avoid unnecessary charges to the client.
